So I was talking to the cereal box the other day....

The cereal box told me that if I ate only this cereal for breakfast and lunch that it would help me loose up to one dress size. (Of course there is an asterisk there with some mumbo jumbo about results might vary and blah blah blah).  So I was already eating Special K Red Berries for breakfast, so now I am adding it to my lunch.  It was also very coincendental that I dedcided to do this when the Special K is on sale at Kroger, so that's nice.  A cereal box has never led me astray before and I am certain it won't now. : )
