Yummmm, tacos. I recently discovered that we eat more tacos than anyone else we know. It's my go to dish when I don't want to cook and that's a lot of the time. : ) The ladies at work make fun of me for the number of times that my leftovers are tacos, so much so that everytime I have left overs that's the first thing they think it is! (PS - I like my rice in my taco, I won't eat it seperate).
