I am back at Lakeside Park in Highland Park, Texas. There was a team of guys putting up these lights on the bridge. The only reason they were on was because they were testing them. This is one of the places that I want to hit at night! I bet this is really quite lovely.
See that there on the other side of the "lake?" That is private property, as in someone's house (It's huge, I should have included a picture). They put up those Christmas decorations, not the city, or at least according to the city workers hanging the lights on the bridge.
This goes the entire length of the lake on the back side.

This is the bridge from the other side. Not a lot of water flowing this time of year, but you'll have to trust me when I say it's cool when it does.
No one but a few people I work with will get this statement: It's like I can't get away from them! Seriously, I can't. (See a picture from Saturday that I have yet to look at off my card, but I'll make sure it makes it on the blog as well, because I really can't get a way from them).
This is my runner up POTD. I debated this long and hard, but went with the bridge. Did you notice that they are both black and white? I am in a black and white mood as of late.
If I had a picture of a jack russell I would totally post it here. I feel bad and hope they get their dog back. I'm just spreading the word....if anyone on my blog has seen this dog, will you please let them know?
